Prior to residential real estate, Wendy built a successful career in commercial real estate and contract management, working on complex transactions involving developers, lenders, REITs, and commercial leasing. Her background provides clients with a strategic advantage in negotiations, contracts, and high-value transactions.
Wendy later transitioned into new home construction sales and luxury residential resales, where she developed a reputation for strong client relationships and refined marketing. Her approach is polished, discreet, and highly personalized.
She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the proud owner of a black Labrador retriever that qualified twice for the AKC National Field Trial Championships. Member of Women’s Field Trial Club and CRWGA.
