With nearly 15 years of experience in real estate, Stephanie Kersten brings a thoughtful, behind-the-scenes leadership role to Maxey Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate. As Office Support Manager, she plays an essential part in supporting agents, streamlining operations, and ensuring marketing efforts are executed with care, consistency, and attention to detail. 

Stephanie’s background is rooted in real estate marketing, where she developed an extensive insight of how strong communication, organization, and client-focused strategy contribute to a seamless experience. She approaches her role with the same mindset... anticipating needs, keeping processes moving efficiently, and helping the entire office operate at its best. 

In addition to her work within the office, Stephanie is actively involved in the real estate community. She currently serves on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Lowcountry Board as Vice President, where she is a founding member of the lowcountry chapter since 2023, primarily supporting social media. She's also a member of the SCR Rise Conference Task Force Committee, as well as a volunteer for the SCR Professional Standards. Stephanie is a four-time recipient of the REALTORS® Service Award, reflecting her commitment to service and engagement within the industry. 

Before entering real estate, Stephanie had a long-standing background in fitness and wellness. That experience shaped her disciplined, people-first approach and her belief in balance and accountability... qualities she brings into her work every day. 

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys life with her two Golden Retrievers, traveling to visit family and tropical places and stays closely connected to Charleston, where her daughter attends the College of Charleston. She is a licensed SC Realtor.
